P-30 vs P-33 C/B

Has anyone sailed the P-30 and a P-33-1 C/B (Pearsons), and can tell me any big differences in the way they handle in different sea and wind conditions. I sail a P-30 but am looking to go with a C/B to get into shallower areas. I have compared them on the pearson site, but first hand experience would be helpful. Thanks. jp

SailorMitch will become famous soon enough
Assuming you are talking about the P-33-1, you will get more answers by asking this on the Pearson email list here on Sailnet. I don't have enough experience on either boat to give an opinion.

But if you mean a P-33-2 (made 1986-1991) let me know. I can put you in touch with some owners of k/cb models for that boat. I own a 1988 winged keel P-33-2. Pearson replaced the cb with the wing.
