Screws for a 33-2

On my 1986 P33-2, there are long Phillips-head machine screws--10X32 and varying in length from 4.5 to 5 inches--connecting the grab rails on the cabin top to the ones inside the cabin. I am refinishing the rails and the screws are about on their last legs, heads stripped and bent.

The screws seem to be a rare breed. Anyone know where to find them?
