P-30 spreader boot

I have a 79 P-30, that I remember needs new spreader boots but I can't go take a look any time soon. It has the metal spreader, does anyone remember the boot size shape ? Is it a 1.5 in. round or is it the oblong shapped oner ?

On my P-30 the spreader dimension at the outboard tip where the boot goes is 1 1/2" round.
