Replacement Screen for Pearson 27

I have a Pearson 27 Bill Shaw design. I need to know the make of hatches to replace my hatch screen frame. I've looked in the West Marine catalog but the hatches listed are by Beckson. Will they work on a Bill Shaw designed boat?

Also, I need some ideas on how to utilize the storage bin in the aft cabin directly to the right as you enter. I've disassembled it and am beginning to think it didn't come with the original boat. I need to make it more efficient. Does anyone have any input?

We've been looking for a hatch screen replacement for a P26 for a while now and come up empty. We're looking at cutting the screen and leaving enough of an edge to try to weave in a replacement.
