pearson 31-2 deck in cabin

Can anyonea tell me how to refinish inside deck flooring can I sand it and varnish?

I'm sure your Pearson is like most production boats and it has a teak and Holley laminate sole (floor).
The surface is probably very thin and you have to be careful as you can sand too much all the way thru the top laminate.
A lot of people use polyurethane coating just like they would on hardwood floors.
