He was canned from his job for refusing to do politically motivated prosecutions.

Voter fraud is a made up issue. There is no evidence it has ever been an important factor in any election.

None.
What are you, nuts?!!!

Ever heard of Cook County, Illinois? Where do you think Joe Kennedy's money went in the 1960 presidential election. Where do you think the phrase, "vote early, and vote often" came from? What do you think the motivation behind motor-voter laws was?

ACORN has run afoul of the law virtually everywhere they operate and on your tax dollar to boot!

Nah, there's nothing fishy about ACORN.

It occurs to me that, let's say Obama DIDN'T know for 7 years (as he claims) that Ayres was a domestic terroist, and that he DIDN'T know for 20 years (as he claims) that Wright was a racist and anti-American. Or about the Cook County political machine, or about Rezko's activities. Let's just suppose that's true. What then does that say about his criteria and the examination of, those he associates with?

Either he knew what and who these people and groups were, or he's dumber than a box of rocks. Ya can't have it both ways. So, I ask the Obama supporters, which is he, a liar or just stupid?

Maybe his criteria is the same as mine, they have beer in the fridge and then when that's gone, I start measuring up a person by what the say (30%) and what they do (70%). There are some folks on sailnet here that I would consider friends that I've never met and they might have their ex-wife in their backyard.

I'm going to say both:

Prior to the weather underground Ayers was the head of SDS & New Left, both anti VN war and anti USA activist groups, that's not the issue though, the issue is, SDS has been reborn as of 2005 and their first rally was held at the University Of Chicago, were Ayres is teaching today and were Obama taught constitutional law from 1992 to 2004.

Also, served on the board of a community anti poverty groups called Woods Fund between 2000 and 2002, during which time the board met couple dozen times.

To be & work that close and to be that active with someone who has had such a publisized radically distructive background and not know ????

The only logical answer would be that he's a liar and stupid enough to believe that this relationship wouldn't come to the surface

BTW, Obama was 12 -13 yrs old, not 8 yrs old when Ayers & weather underground was active

Anyone notice that Obama believes health care is a right? I groaned out loud when I heard him say that Tuesday night at the debate. This article indicates how ridiculous that position is:
