Geez Rick, I didn't even know the FBI investigated incompetence. I believe the last count was 14 current investigations.

Why?

You're beating a dead horse. If your guy doesn't level charges in the debate tonight, Cheney is going to have to invade Iran to get him elected. Not so far fetched as he offically dropped out of sight today with 'heart trouble'.

Whenever he has "heart trouble", we invade somebody.

They are McCain's people. Not Obama's.Besides, It's Strictly Political.

As a Palin fan, I know you can appreciate that . Although she does have round 2 coming up next week. Somebody in Alaska definately doesn't care too much for her.

You'll have to look back a few pages to find which posts. I'm not going to do it for you.

I really don't care if ACORN was praised by McCain or anyone else. God himself could sing their virtues, it wouldn't change my opinion of them.

And for sailing in Kansas, your tax dollars has provided us with many lakes to go sailing on, by way of the flood control reservoirs throughout the midwest. There are a pair of Hunter 40's in my marina, a 44 footer and a Gemini 105 in one of the other marinas.

By the way, I'd go easy on the ACORN issue. I watched the clip of John McCain calling them great Americans. He addressed them 2 years ago and praised them for registering Republican voters.

Apparently they are McCain's 'people', and you'd agree with that assessment after hearing his address. On the other hand Obama hasn't been anywhere near them in 13 years.

Rush Whatshisname got that wrong too. Why am I not surprised?

Incidently where the heck in Kansas can anyone use a sailboat larger than a dinghy? There's no real water for 500 miles.

My error, the investigations are being undertaken by the individual state's election boards and attorney generals. Hardly, McCain's people, but rather, officials who are suppose to investigate such matters.

The simple fact is, they are turning in thousands of false registrations, and have members who have been indicted and convicted of voter fraud. And it's yet another thing the Obama website had to retract, and admit to, as to his involvement with them.

There's a distinct pattern with Obama. First, deny. If that doesn't work, give an ambigious explaination Ayres, Wright, Rezko, ACORN. All documented associations, that he evades resposibility for having.

Obama to amend report on $800,000 in spending

The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review has details:

U.S. Sen. Barack Obama’s presidential campaign paid more than $800,000 to an offshoot of the liberal Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now for services the Democrat’s campaign says it mistakenly misrepresented in federal reports.

An Obama spokesman said Federal Election Commission reports would be amended to show Citizens Services Inc. — a subsidiary of ACORN — worked in “get-out-the-vote” projects, instead of activities such as polling, advance work and staging major events as stated in FEC finance reports filed during the primary.

It sounds like Antonio Johnson, now a former ACORN employee, was hardly incompetent but certainly pursuing fraudulence. He's going to become a guest of the State Of Michigan after he's tried. The article below.

Get used to him John, if the polls can be believed, he's going to be our new President. And there are too many polls out there saying he's the guy. In my opinion take any poll, subtract the margin of error and the Bradley effect, if he's still ahead...he wins.

The New York Times reported in July 2008 that a whistleblower forced the organization to publicly disclose an embezzlement of almost $1 million in 1999 and 2000, involving Dale Rathke, the brother of the organization's founder Wade Rathke.

Some ACORN executives kept the information from board members and did not tell law enforcement. Meanwhile, Dale Rathke remained on the payroll until June 2008, when disclosure of his theft forced the organization to dismiss him.

"We thought it best at the time to protect the organization, as well as to get the funds back into the organization, to deal with it in-house," said ACORN President Maude Hurd. "It was a judgment call at the time, and looking back, people can agree or disagree with it, but we did what we thought was right."

"Rathke’s family making $30,000 a year payments since 2001, for a total of $210,000 according to the New York Times with an anonymous donor pledging to pay the remaining balance"

hey, pilfer a million and just pay it back, its okeydokey with me.

Chances are, I'll be able to deal with Obama a whole lot better than Democrats have been able to deal with Bush. Unlike them, I don't believe in hate. And tolerance to me, doesn't mean you have to agree with me, unlike the party of tolerance. I'll just sail off into the sunset, while you all reap what you have sown.

I agree, Clinton was a great president by my standards except for that part about explaining to my kids why he was being impeached.
