That sucks. That's the kind of stuff I hate about Windows, because once you break it sometimes it's just broke and there seems to be nothing anybody can do about it.

So a court in PA has deemed all of Berg's accusations regarding Obama is not eligible to be president and has committed fraud on the people of the US as 'admitted' (meaning admitted to be true) because Obama and the DNC failed to respond to the discovery motions, although they did respond to the filing and have actively tried to fight the case.
Generally, one does not respond to discovery motions when one has something to hide.

What's the next step? Less than two weeks remain.

Give up..I did, as they stubornly refuse to listen and will never admit they could have been wrong.

They view America through a prism that broke 8 years ago. In their America, Republicans are the only solution. It isn't until you toss these guys in a 'detox center' for conservative adicts and teach them what Republican management has done to our country in the last 8 years, will they ever get a clue.

We are 12 days before the election. McCain is a loser. Even these guys here know this now. The Palin choice helped to do McCain in, along with his attack ads and lastly his being out of touch with America. A trait conservatives in this thread share with him. There are some folks prediciting an Obama landslide. No one is suggesting Obama will lose, including Fox News. Republican Legal teams are moving into battleground states as I type this to try and disinfranchise voters. This is the only tactic they have left. Unlike 2000 and 2004, Obama has attorneys waiting for them. They will be disappointed this time around.

On November 5 this thread will degenerate even further into a bunch of out of touch, and out of power, conservatives, complaining that they no longer have any say in this country. They won't have access to power again in our lifetimes as the damage they've caused will last our lifetimes.

Just as Democrats once paid this price, Republicans are about to learn how it feels....again . And Pay they will as they not only screwed America, they messed with Americans wealth and livelyhoods. This will not be easily forgiven.

The bright side in all of this is that conservatives, and Republicans (including those in this thread) are about to receive the ultimate insult. They are about to become irrelevant, name calling, dinosaurs.

Maybe we can take pity on them and contribute to a Museum to house them?

Nah... if we ignore them, they'll get tired of complaining to each other and they will just disappear into history, just as the dinosaurs did.

Good Riddance

Ditto Rick, I read your posts now only because the joke thread is empty.

Regain some respect and respond to the posts that refute your 'facts'. Until then, keep posting jokes.

That's not exactly what it says. By not responding, they admitted the allegations only by a technicality. This case is far from over, and I would bet that it gets thrown out.

The most likely resolution of this suit is that the court throws it out as Mr. Berg is not likely to be seen as having a "legal standing" in the case. The court has ruled before that voters have the choice to vote for someone else if they feel the candidate is not qualified to hold the position.

My position on this is that if Obama is elected and sworn in, and is found to not meet the constitutional requirements for president, my constitutional rights have been violated.

I just don't understand why he won't whip out an authentic birth certificate and make it go away. Instead he's got that obvious forgery on his web site. Last I heard, Microsoft Sans Serif fonts weren't available on typewriters in 1961.

I'm thinking nothing will come of it also, until later.
Reading up around the web shows that a lot of Berg's allegations are screwy, but some of them make you wonder. I'm not an attorney, and haven't stayed at a holiday inn recently. It makes for good reading but I don't see much that even Ricky would call facts in there.

I don't think it has much bearing either. Much like his past associations though, is the appearance of something fishy. He could easily debunk the whole thing by releasing his BC. Why he won't, is what fuels the interest.

Just as there are questions surrounding his time at Columbia, yet he won't release his transcripts.

It's the pattern, more than it is anything he may or may not have done, that is troubling. For a man with two autobiographies, we really know less about him than we do Sarah Palin after only 2 months.

He's never going to do that Chuck. He's spouted off to me about standing behind every word he types. When I challenged him to do just that, I got no response. Liberals don't seem to live in a world of logic and reasoning, just warm fuzzies and cold pricklies. Logic, facts, evidence, science, charts and graphs produced by reputable and neutral sources all have no meaning at all. Just as long as we can take some money away from the evil "rich" people and give it to those who think life needs to be easy.

I've got news for them. Life is not easy, nor is it fair. To "spread the wealth around" or raise taxes "for fairness" as Obama has put it, is a poor solution that only accomplishes 2 goals. It makes people like Rick and SCK feel good, an most importantly, it gets Obama votes.

I think the purpose of the suit is not really to present his allegations as facts, unless they cannot be refuted. All of the allegations should be very easy to disprove, unless they are true or at least partially true. The easy thing for Obama and the DNC to do would have been to answer the complaint, and show proper documentation disproving the claims. The whole thing could have gone away in a couple of hours of legal time. If this moves forward, they'll have a lot more in it than that.

The next week or so will either see this go forward, or be dismissed.
