Trust me...she sang.

Berg doesn't have the standing to go the distance. The US Supreme Court won't hear the case. This is over.

It's also interesting, that the RNC has already said the case was meaningless as have any and all attorneys who have reviewed the case.

I was in a room full of attorneys one day last week. All Republicans. They didn't understand why the judge hadn't tossed the suit earlier. The concensus was that Berg kept throwing new paper at the court and they had trouble keeping up.

If it's so meaningless, why then does the DNC motion to block release of his vault files, again what's he hiding

It would appear the country will be solidly in Democratic control for the first time since the 1996 election.
Who writes this stuff for you Rick? Do you forget to check it, or just make it up as you go? The Dems last controlled the WH and Congress from '92 - '94. After two years of all Dems, they gave control of the House to Republicans for the first time in 40 years, in '94.

I'm not sure how you expect anyone to take you seriously when you continue to get such simple facts wrong.

Mark Levin I think, kind of underscores why Obama hasn't been able to "close the deal" as yet.

"There is a cult-like atmosphere around Barack Obama, which his campaign has carefully and successfully fabricated, which concerns me. The messiah complex. Fainting audience members at rallies. Special Obama flags and an Obama presidential seal. A graphic with the portrayal of the globe and Obama's name on it, which adorns everything from Obama's plane to his street literature. Young school children singing songs praising Obama. Teenagers wearing camouflage outfits and marching in military order chanting Obama's name and the professions he is going to open to them. An Obama world tour, culminating in a speech in Berlin where Obama proclaims we are all citizens of the world. I dare say, this is ominous stuff."

RICKY,

not my thread, nothing I've ever said was more than interesting. I have no idea why you think that headline should have anything of mine going down in flames.

Clear to me now you have serious problems..seek help

If you like Charles Krauthammer, you'll probably love Mark Steyn. Steyn has a bit more of the rapier wit and is often laugh out loud funny. Here's his latest offering on the current election.

Just what exactly would "closing the deal " look like? Obama is now ahead in all the polls by a greater margin than any election has been won by since Bill Clinton smoked Bob Dole. Seems pretty much closed to me. Hard to see how McCain can pull it out.

Oh well, maybe you mean he will NEVER close the deal with YOU. Thats ok - He already has all the votes he needs

Bill Clinton "smoked" Bob Dole? Clinton never got even 50% of the popular vote in either of his elections. And, don't look now, but the polls are closing. You might find the first few paragraphs of Mark Steyn's article just posted of interest regarding polls and opinions.

Unfortunately for Obama, elections are won by votes, not media acclimation. If there were no doubt, we wouldn't still be hearing the bogus racist rant if he loses.
