This is a totaly unfair comparison, as one process you are comparing is a democracy and the other is a (benevolent) dictatorship. Leave it to a conservative to confuse the two.

Yeah...Much as I hate to say it...I think sailors are a human microcosm like any other demographic...they are split into factions..with two major factions at the fore....there is nothing new under the sun...maybe behind the sun...

Perhaps your idea of marriage is a dictatorship (benevolent or otherwise), but the conservatives I know, view it as a partnership of two equals. Granted that runs contrary to the liberal myth of the Neanderthal dominant husband, but reality tends to do that with myths.

The only unfairness in my example is when the wife bitches about the debt.

In short, what you democrat's are doing about the deficit.

Dealing with accountability is rough isn't it.
I can't wait to see how you deal with it when ya'll have all the marbles. Who you going to blame then?

It will still be Bush's fault, even if Obama wins. Anything negative that happens, will be laid at his door, because liberal policies are never wrong.

And that of course was my point Cam. Admirals are ...well...they're admirals . Of course the other comments to my post were made by single guys.

Sorry to see that some conservatives are a bit touchy today. Yet' it's understandable as it's not often a party is kicked completely out of power.
