Media Censorship

I have been thinking about the media being allowed to show nearly all of whats going on while we have been at war. This first troubled me when we went to war with Iraq it seemed that the British media (Britain thats the American missile base in Europe) was showing far to much of what we were but more importantly were about about to do, things like a large scale attack has been planned on place X it just seemed that the media were telling our enemy what we were about to do before we did it. God help us if we had to face a well established and organised miltary power

I completely agree I found myself thinking the same when a RN patrol vessel was taken by two iranian warships all members of the patrol vessel sang like canaries, whatever happened to Name, Rank and Number

Thank you Cam but this video is slightly incorrect the protest turned quite violent. For the weapons part i disagree with leagalisation. However i won't comment on it anymore
The Tony Martin case was really the first time Britain had to think about reasonable force and personally i completely agree with what Tony Martin did.

Rockter will become famous soon enough
This fox hunting legislation was class-driven bile. It never succeeded really. It still goes on.

Hanguns?, a nutter, with a pistol, shot at random in a school. The result, complete ban on handguns. I said it was wrong at the time, but then do-gooders prevailed. Some of them wanted to ban all guns. I have met them, and quarreled with them.
Gun crime carried on rising unaltered as the vast majority of legal gun owners never shot anyone. Tony Martin was freed in the end, following public outrage.
"Yelled for help"???... that just about summed it up.
"Better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6".
I'll say.

Sorry David...I thought the issue of guns and rights and treason reasonably intertwined i.e. the direction society is going...but will confine my further remarks to treason.
Same issues here with the NYTimes several times publishing info from CIA and/or State dept. traitors that prevented plans from being carried out and possibly cost lives. No prosecution.
