LittleMissMagic is on a distinguished road
If I'm not mistaken President Lincoln had little "formal" schooling and was mostly self taught and home schooled. In fact that was the norm for most Americans until the twentieth century. Children get more attention and can focus on thier individual talents and weaknesses if they are home schooled. Thats why my kids are homeschooled.

Does this keep me from supporting public schools? Well no! I am compelled by our government who knows best to pay taxes for schools that my children don't attend, while paying for my kids school expenses out of my own pocket.

This is only a thread in the blanket of problems that this country has woven for itself. More government spending on handouts isn't going to fix things!

It is time that Americans wake up. It should now be obvious that Obama is not the messiah, just another Democrat polititian.

I fear that this country is on it's way OUT...
