I want everyone to see the Dem. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid say Federal Income Taxes are voluntary; but it depends on what the meaning of is, is.

What he is saying is that some countries in Europe take out all the taxes direct from your paycheck and that is involuntary. Here in USA, you have to file a return, that's voluntary, you have to pay the tax owed, that's voluntary and you can 'choose' to go to jail if you don't voluntarily pay your taxes. Democrats are the party of choice. You can choose to pay your taxes or YOU can choose to go to jail. That is what he is saying.

If you notice the question asked by the interviewer (taking peoples money to pay welfare) was never answered by Harry Reid. He changed the subject to Voluntary taxes instead.
