Of all the comedy, I like the one l listened to live, when he was trying to quote an old saying, but ended up quoting the WHO (rock group).
Actual saying:
"FOOL ME ONCE, SHAME ON YOU; FOOL ME TWICE, SHAME ON ME"
Bush saying:
"There's an old saying in Tennessee I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee--that says, fool me once, shame on--shame on you. Fool me-- you can't get fooled again."
(Actual quote from the WHO is "we won't get fooled again"
Or, "too many GYNs and OBs are unable to practice their LOVE on women all across the country....."
Greatest hits:
YouTube - President Bush -- Fool me Once
As to planes and helicopters - I think Obama canceled the multi-billion dollar Prez new Helicopter program....or at least is having it heavily reviewed....
McCain cheered Obama when he heard that, saying "he was unaware of any more graphic demonstration of how good ideas have cost the taxpayers an enormous amount of money."
I wonder now, though, if the new Free State of Texas will want to get that longhorn model and buy up those helicopters for use by Mr. Perry and staff. After all, it's a big state, and flying down to the new capital of Mexico City will be a regular trip.

The proper reference is Chinese proverb, not The Who.
Won't Get Fooled Again is a screed against authority and the expectation of change.
If you must avail yourself of any opportunity for ridicule, I would suggest you don't ridicule yourself in the process.

Hah, you think Party Boy GW was reading ancient chinese proverbs in college, or listening to rock?
Maybe you should google:
We won't get fooled again
Anyway, GW claimed it was an old saying down in Texas......and clearly completely stumbled until the WHO came blaring out......
Actually, it's funnier than his brain fart... that you actually think GW knew what he was saying.....

That refers to the number of States that Texas is about to break up into, right? Maybe you are letting DC, PR and another one or two in also.

No, it's the number of states Obama thinks are in the United States. Of course, it was simply a gaffe for him, rather than indicative of anything as every misspoke word of Bush's is.
