Obama indicted for treason

While discussing treason on another thread, I googled Treason and got several hits that citizen grand juries in five states have indicted Obama for treason. One news release indicates this is the first time a sitting POTUS has been indicted for treason.

Google it yourself. WTF is going on? Is this going to be a problem for the president, or just a nuisance?

After looking around to see what legal basis a "citizen's grand jury" (as used in the post) has it would seem that there is none. One might as well have said "Kangaroo Courts around the nation indict Obama".

anyone who thinks either bush or obama is an enemy of the united states is not playing with a full deck. you may not like one of them - i certainly dont. You may even think that they are very bad for the US. I certainly thought that of Bush. But treason? Knowingly acting against the USA? Please. Disagreement or wrongheadedness arent treason. That kind of talk only incites the nut cases to do things which everyone regrets.

Heck, at least during the Bush years we had REAL towns vote to indict the guy if he ever showed up there! Viva La Revolution!

I had to read a little bit more to figure out what these citizen grand juries were and would agree that they rate right up there with the towns that Craig mentioned.
