"I can't say with certitude .... "
Been waiting for the self-described non-partisan master of personal destruction to jump on this one, as it seems custom made for his talents, but it appears, unlike Wild Bill in Tombstone, his hypocrisy knows no limits.
I mean, come on, a guy named Weiner with a crotch shot on Twitter that while he denies send it, he isn't sure it isn't a photo of him? That's has to be as lame as "I didn't inhale".
Where's the outrage? Where's the snide remarks? Where's the lascivious leer?
But then, it's not like such things matter to Dem voters, or Dem politicians.

Don't point the judgement finger so confidently, PB. If your political views were as unfounded and indefensible as the Master's, you'd probably behave the same way -- no matter your credentials . . .

The wife and I were just talking last night, wondering how can so many of these smart/successful people (on both sides of the aisle) be so dumb? Mr. Weiner has some 'splaining to do to Mrs. Weiner.

Ah, but I don't claim to show no favorites in skewering politico's for their foibles. Nor is such skewering my modus operandi. Though public figures have, if not an obligation, at least an expectation of behaving better than the public they represent, they are, too obviously, as human as the rest of us.
Truth be told, I just couldn't resist a wee tweak of the nose.

More than that Ray, how can sex be so important to them that they will risk their careers for a few minutes of fleeting pleasure? There's a reason that fidelity used to be a virtue. It speaks to character and one's sense of priorities.

Still does in my opinion. What we were talking about last night was whether the type of person who would sneak around behind their spouse's back is drawn to politics, or whether politics corrupts, or neither. I just find it interesting that so many careers have been ruined by the "need" to flirt.

Hey, it's always the "Summer of Love" to the Me Generation ... except for those that never bought into in the first place.

I just can't believe Dick won't ask the FBI to trace the source of the alleged hacking. This is a man who has made identity theft a huge issue here in NY, calling for the formation of highly specialized law enforcement units to combat this flaw of our electronic interconnectivity.

All i can say is there isn't a better dem that this couldn't have happened too. This guy makes such issues out of everything for the sake of just being heard and it all came back to bite him in the A... umm weiner. That karma thing seems to be working.
