sorry charlie, we don't want beer with good taste, we want beer that tastes good. swy our mediocre beer is better than your "good stuff"
Ah, the sad things people tell themselves in order to feel good about their sorry lot. I'd feel sorry for you ssneade if I wasn't well aware that you like to wallow in the mud

and i'll also put a bottle of jack daniels against yer whateverthehell you pass off as whiskey down there any day......
It is always amusing when people prove their point for you. I agree with you about the whiskey (Jack Daniels being better than most of what is out there), which was exactly my point about your abundant budweiser

and... i don't know where you get you info from, but with our economy in the crapper, its still better than yours. subarus, veggemite and kangaroo meat. what kind of economy is that?........
Ah, so that's the problem, when you refer to "economy" you actually mean diet & driving. It doesn't make much more sense when I apply that to your usual blathering, but then again - it never made much sense to start with
Did the last half of Gov. Palin's term just "fall off"?
The only time that Pizza-man actually ran for public office, did the 26% of GOP primary voters (Pizza-man's margin of defeat) just "fall off"?
Are you going to:
A) answer these questions?
2) answer a different question?
III) just ignore this post and hope for the best?
d) lob a few personal insults my way and claim that I'm insulting you?
five) reply with some combination of the above?

Maybe you'd like them more if they had each written two autobiographies before they had actually achieved anything . . .
Or maybe you need to see a preemptive Nobel Peace Prize . . .

nah. neither of the above. he was pretty much an unknown at the time he ran for office before. name recognition goes a long way. so does being honest. so many of your party are, thats why they're so popular and folks are always saying good things about them......
kinda like our rulers popularity. just fell off. don't worry, acorn will hire him back next year......
Funny, read an entirely different story about Republicans vs Obama. Funny how the only one that leads Obama in the poll is the guy that advocated (& enacted) near-universal healthcare for his state and happens to believe that man-made global warming is scientifically proven.
In other words, the best guys running against Obama is one of the least likely to get the primary nod. Keep cheerleading though, ssneade, the schadenfreude potential increases each and every post. One of us is going to be mightily amused at the other's posts on the matter come the primaries

the election as far as i remember is next year, not tomorrow. a lot can happen in a year. can my guy make it? idunno, but if i can help to raise his name recognition by touting his message, then i will by all means do so. why should you worry? you have your own little government and your own little country. do you feel the need to compensate for something?......

Funnily enough, so are the Republican primaries.... and yet you continue touting details regarding Cain's chances. Pot meet kettle

I'm thinking that anyone browsing through these threads pretty much already has their mind made up. However, when your numbers are small, every extra vote is a large percentage of the whole - so you go for it

Worry? I think you are somehow mistaking my amusement for something else entirely. I worry about Palin getting in on the crazy vote and destroying the US economy (and from that, causing large problems for the rest of us) based on her limited understanding of... well, everything. I worry about a war-hawk getting up as President and causing even more problems for US allies (such as ourselves) solely for US interests.
But Cain? No, he amuses me the way Donald Trump did. Besides which, us Aussies are amused at how long you guys take to sort out your political sh%t. Six week election and we're done. Even that is too long for most of us. You guys have it as such a spectacle, so far out from the actual real event, that people with very bad hair-pieces and/or accents can use it to advertise themselves purely for profit.
What is even more amusing is seeing a guy that was critical of Obama's short term as a senator cheerleading a guy who hasn't even got that. Blind ideology is amusing in those that can take a joke, such as your fine self
