http://www.nytimes.com/2011/06/05/us...cs/05cain.html

ya, from the ultra liberal new york times, of all places. and here's more from the baltimore sun.....

Just because he's out-polling the likes of Rick ("man on dog") Santorum and Michele ("I think I'll start my campaign in Waterloo") Bachmann, doesn't mean Pizza-man is necessarily going places. RealClearPolitics (a site with an excellent track record at calling winners and losers) still has him running sixth in the Clown Brigade. He's even behind Newt ("I cheated on my wife because I'm so passionate about the country") Gingrich; even AFTER Newt managed to rhetorically shoot himself in BOTH feet within days of formally entering the race. Not much to get excited about. Well, except for the comedic potential, that is.

It is kinda funny thinking about a guy that has actually accomplished something in his life, besides talk and write books about himself running against the King of the Teleprompter. Someone who's success in life has not only benefited himself, bot others through job creation and the chance to make something of their life by their merit rather than government largess.

But, what's really funny is how ya'll voted for the anti-Bush, and not only do you still have all the Bush policies you hated, ya got another war to go along with it. Not to mention he has single-handedly revived the GOP. What a guy!

Isn't it funny how someone will pull out the filthy name calling and call someone a racist without pointing out where they were racist?

It would be nice of others could debate without calling names and stick to the points. If you are intelligent enough to debate the issue, then stick to the issue. Your intellect stops where your name calling begins.

RCP doesn't "call" winners and losers, they do aggregates of the polls and post an average. To somehow expect an unknown to show well in the polls at this stage is an expectation that can't be met.

Exactly WHERE was I racist? Calling someone who's biggest accomplishment is to run a chain of pizza parlors "Pizza-man"? And, how exactly is Pizza-man "poor"? Or do YOU just always assume that any black man must be poor because he is black? I think you need to look at your own rhetoric before you label others "racist".

BTW, I don't hate clowns. I love seeing their antics. I can't wait to see the entire GOP primary field all pile out of one VW when they arrive for the next debate.

To bad our current president isn't competent enough to run a nationwide enterprise.

Sound advise, PhD. I can't wait to see you break loose of your own group think. (Unlike mdbee, you weren't being sarcastic on the other thread.)
