Unfortunately Brenda, common sense and expert opinion doesn't mean much to to some people. Just like some won't listen to the overwhelming majority of climate scientists who say that man does indeed impact the environment and that man can indeed help the environment by implementing common sense programs and plans, they won't listen to the law enforcement officers who are the ones that are on the front lines of the hopeless and hypocritical war on drugs. The experts who know that the war on drugs has already failed.
