It was announced that the makers of The Hurt Locker will be making a movie about the assassination of ObL, from, supposedly, Obama's perspective. It's to be released three weeks before the 2012 election . . .

So Obama's perspective? Like he was actually there? Nervous as in "God, please don't let me muck up" nervous? Dirty? Sweaty? Hyper alert? Ears ringing? Tunnel vision? Adrenaline high then low? I don't think so. Don't waste your money.

I especially like the MSM contention that taking out OBL was "a gutsy move". Obama had every military adviser and CIA analyst, as well as 90% of the US population telling him to take out OBL if given the chance. Obama took 16 days to decide whether to act on the intelligence he had, only to make the decision that everyone was telling him to make. I thought a "gutsy move" was one that defies conventional wisdom or the advice of your advisers.

Meanwhile Bush is called a coward for continuing to sit in a classroom for a few minutes while his car is brought around. I guess he should have stood up and screamed "WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE" at the top of his lungs. Sheesh.

They wouldn't dream of putting up in any facts. All they need to do is show the right images in the right sequence and the message goes right into the subconscious of people who, either out of predisposition or ignorance, are "available".

My guess is that unless the GOP puts up a candidate that's too "reasonable", nothing anyone does will earn Obama a second term, or leave the Left in charge of Congress. Then again, what was the last time the GOP put up someone who wasn't "reasonable", ie, blind, ie, malleable, ie, a little lest of a Leftist than the opposition?
