Once again, the GOP goes for the crazies in the early running. Question is, will they show a bit more sanity by the time the convention rolls around? Only time will tell.

It is probably more about what she has not yet done.
Beck, Bachmann, Coulter... I can't count all the crazies that are spewing hate, 5th century technology and fundamentalism over the internet. They are inviting the same BS that has happened in the UK to take root here.

Well, if you're going to talk about CONTENDERS, then you need some metric upon which to rate them. And, since they are vying for the position he currently holds, what better standard, on which to base their qualifications, then on the current occupant?
Or, I could have just ridiculed the medical diagnosis offered by someone unqualified to make it. As well as the assertion of conspiracy against Paul. Both views having nothing more than personal bias as foundation.
Or, I could just take it as another example of the fear liberal men have of conservative women.
But, since neither Bachmamn nor Paul are likely to garner the nomination, for reasons having nothing to do with the OP, I chose to highlight the difference between the dynamic of the past Dem primary, with the current GOP one, which, aside from Cain, who hasn't got a prayer, has no equally inexperienced candidate running.
No doubt, you would have preferred that I try to defend the candidates personalities, since not one word about policy was mentioned to that point.

She is clearly not stupid so how else do you explain the weird things she she says and believes? I mean really, we are into the third millennium and she regards Leonardo as controversial? She strikes me as an American Christian doppelganger of the loonies running Iran - "we have no gays in Iran". How far is that from thinking gays can be "cured" by prayer?
Anyone who regards creationism as "science" and evolution as a theory has no place anywhere NEAR the most important office in the world. I wouldn't want the President of the USA to even HEAR what she has to say.
