Again, I think alot of them are the result of lack of context. For instance I saw one that said any animal ridden on the road at night must have a taillight or reflector. Well, when cars and horses often shared the road that would make good sense in my mind. I think alot of them are like the "telephone game" where the context is lost as it gets passed on.
And then there are the ones that clearly (hopefully) have no basis in reailty but knowing how our legislators work I am really not that hopeful that is the case.

The bad law website I got it from said things like "click here to see the full text of the law." I am going to assume there would have been references. But I don't know which one i looked at. Sry. And I will do some other research, but not right now, it's my day off, and i'm going to get Shiner Bock. I'ts hot, three digits again, And I just got my car inspected. To show proof of ins, I used my pc instead of a hard copy on paper. But it was a true copy so he let it go!
