Freedom of the Press

Get this going on how to have please

How can we have Freedom of the Press again.

Freedom.
The price is one and the same and will always be.
Jesus paid that price, for our Freedom.

Everyone will reap what they sow in this life. No one is exempt. The bible is clear on God's instruction's on, in, and for wealth.
We are all accountable to One God, inspite of the lies gone forth deceiving.

The world will be judged on these levels;

Countries
States
Cities
Communities and Suburbs
Groups
Individuals

Now I ask, what good is it that the US gives all our money away, and eats up our children like bread, and does not look out for or care for the people, but rather destroys it's own inhabitants.

People are made from the earth. Scientist's confirm this fact saying "... the molecular components of dirt are a complete match for the molecules human flesh is made of."

God will destroy those wicked leaders, if they do not repent.

"I will destroy those who destroy the earth." God

End the lies.
People understand when secrecy is needed for national security, but to exploit that secrecy, to the degree it is used against the citizens to destroy its own people, God comes on the scene.

God is coming on the scene of prohibition too. What those wicked leaders have done to our children, and our neighbors, is un conscionable.

My confidence is God.

To paraphrase someone whose name I forget - "Freedom of the press is available only to those who own a printing press".

To those who fret about the MSM, things could be worse - in Italy, Berlusconi not only owns the press, he owns virtually ALL the media - TV, papers, radio and magazines. Is it any wonder he can stay as prime minister through all the scandals? Conrad Black once owned virtually the entire Canadian newspaper industry until he got so grotesquely greedy the Americans threw him in jail. (By the way, thank you. )

Why is that those who don't understand how good they've got it are the ones who whine most about how bad everything is?

You really have no idea how free and wealthy you really are.. You don't have to wear a hijab, you can drive a car, divorce, make pay equal to a man, vote, use google, protest on wall street without fear of being shot or run over by a tank, go to school, use birth control, practice any religion you wish, or none at all, and even post breathlessly vapid troll posts on the interweb without fear of getting arrested.

Oh yeah, and get all of your world news from solid sources like Youtube. Idiocracy rules.

Tell that to the top 2%, who own over 40% of the wealth, give the 98% a liitle more of the pie instead of whining about how overpaid they are..

Yes.. Why is it that the super Rich dont realize how good they have it.
We could tax them 90% of thier income and they would still have more money than 95% of the rest of the workers..

How come we always want to blame everyone else for our problems except... us?

We want cheaper goods, so those mean old corporations moved production to the third world... and made china a super power.
We want higher wages, so we can buy more cheap stuff, so we go on strike... and those mean old corporations move the jobs to the third world.
We bought more house than we could afford, to hold all of the cheap stuff we have bought, and then were too lazy or too ignorant to to read the mortgage forms we were signing, and didn't worry about or understand balloon payments and ARMs and the meaning of "term' and "amortization"... until the bank foreclosed- THEN we decided that understanding mortgage finance was important.

We complain about greedy corporations, but crowed when our investment portfolios increased by double digit percentages a decade ago...and corporations then were no less and no more greedy than they are today.

We complain that we don't live as well as our parents did at our age... and yet how many of us have more than one computer, more than one television, more than one car, a house with 2+ baths, cable, internet, game systems, microwave ovens...
my folks didn't have that at my age.

We think we are poor when we have no savings, yet we just can't stop shopping.

In North America, your life is not the fault of the government or a corporation. In fact, YOU are the corporations and the governments. you are the shareholder, the vote holder and the stakeholder. How you exercise all of those options determines what you get.

You want to know what the difference is between the vast majority of the 2% and the vast majority of the 98% is?
While a growing portion of the alleged 98% seems to be grasping for someone to blame for their situation, the 2% take credit for their success.

Maybe the difference is that successful people look for ways to succeed, instead of looking for excuses for failure.

I can't improve on what bljones said, but I will add this. How long do you think they'll bother to earn all that money ... it does take effort you know ... if somebody is just going to take it away from them?

What are you guys even carping about. Several American news papers released all the stuff from Wikileaks. There was also no attempt to block Americans from accessing other countries newspapers that might have other opinions about those leaks.

Your only realistic beef is that the stuff you think is important isn't getting the notice you believe it should. News flash "the sun is going to rise in the east tomorrow." wouldn't sell many newspapers.

The US is the most leak prone government in the world. We keep secrets about as well as a three year olds. That millions of Americans are willing to ignore what is being done in their names only proves that we have been so sheltered from corruption and violence that we don't really believe it exists.

Of course in reality, three quarters of the planet live with so much corruption and violence that the US has little choice but deal with the corrupt and violent. This is best shone by Obama's decision to send a hundred advisers to Africa to hunt down one group of lawless crazies. If the government in Uganda and Rawanda were less corrupt then they should have been able to catch the guy already. But even with millions of US dollars and intellegence help, they still can't seem to catch someone traveling with only four thousand of his closest friends.

We have the freest press in the world, bar none. We can write anything we want and access just about anything you can think of with out fear of the government knocking on the door or hauling us off in the middle of the night. Quit complaining about false problems.
