Iran. Do I smell a war?

With US propaganda machine in full swing, how many days we have until a war?

How is it propaganda, when the Iranians themselves display and announce delivery devices, warheads, materiall, and intent to destroy Israel. Then they go on to announce their intent to shut down the strait of Hormuz.

If the Israelis are up to their usual snuff, it would be one of the shortest wars in recent history. The rest of Europe and the Middle East want "someone" to do something, but none have the stones.

Sadly with this president, unless a direct attack on US interests, he will stand by and allow another despotic country to run herd on the area and threaten the security in that part of the world. Even then, I doubt he would act in the best interests of this once great nation and it's allies. Certainly to stand by one of the few real allies the US has in the area.

And with a "new north Korea"....the iranians may be second to unleash their desires on the innocents.

Unless there is a direct attack on the US, definitively linked to a particular government, I doubt we'll see another US-led war in the Middle East anytime soon.

Right wingers are truly immune to actual facts. Obama got rid of Gaddafi and killed Osama. A better record than Bush and Cheney's. But hey, dont let facts get in the way of a good sound bite. Maybe if he staged a photo op on an aircraft carrier you'd like it better.

And Clinton could have and arguably should have gotten them both...several times over, but like this president, was not a leader, nor were these things a priority for him....too busy with the oval office and women.

Those are facts.

This Planet needs a World Policeman and a World Court which is not controlled by the USA or INternational Corporatation interesets. I know it sounds Nieve , but sometrhing has to be done to prohibit Military actions or Wars which can have horrible effects on the Worlds ecomonys and health.

I dont know the answer, but something has to be cone to force all of us to act more civilized.
