Dehydrated Food Packs Low Salt

I am doing an Atlantic Crossing UK to NYC in May ’05 on a fast 40’ Tri. I will be either two handing or single handing. The boat is very demanding and I will not have time to cook much just boil and serve.

I am looking for Dehydrated Food Packs with low salt. All the food packs I have found thus far are high salt. 800 mg. ++ per serving. Any ideas?

Thanks

My idea is forget dehydrated. We did that for 6 months cruising and you still have to carry lots of freshwater for hydration. Even with freshwater you have to let the food sit a lot time to hydrate. We mixed saltwater and it didn''t taste good for many foods either. A good idea on land but not for cruising IMHO. It''s just a hassle.
