Havana Club anejo in a decent sized glass, nothing else, nada. I agree with Alex, stay away from the gay stuff.

Hey Dog, yep, got the masthead refitted with braces. From some of the input here on sailnet, I still have some concern that it'll last another 24 years, but I'm being very careful with the roller furler main, and am re-rigging the backstays.

Unfortunately, I was late getting out of La Paz so I missed most of the activity, just had to anchor in a volcano on Isla Todos Santos, only to say I did, and then got blasted at the Giggling Marlin in Los Muertos. The sail over was the best yet. 164 miles didn't have to touch the sails 4-6 kts all the way. Maybe I'll get to Carnival next year

Right now am heading back to La Paz, then up through the islands on the east coast of baja for the summer and to get out of the hurricane belt. Still looking for crew, my temp jumped off here in Mazatlan.

In the Bahamas, Don Lorenzo if my friend! Mix him with some Tampico mango punch, and life goes from good to great in 60 seconds, or less.

Anything but Pussers.....yuck.

It tastes like it still has bits of Lord Nelson floating around in it.

As a take off from Captain Morgan, there is a rum called Admiral Nelson. Also Sailor Jerry. Jerry isn't bad, never tried the Admiral, but Captain is best.

The crowd I hang out with, it's captain, and go figure, they're not even sailors. I do like the captain morgan private stock. Worth the extra couple bucks to me. Tatoo is also good, but need to be in the right mood.

Any Rum in my margarita is better then Techila...I got so sick off techila so many times I cant even stand the smell of it any more...

I like sailor jerry too, nice sweet rum. Admiral nelson is good for partying.
