Costco sometimes has the Fagor Rapida line pressure cookers. About two years we got a 6 liter pressure cooker for I think I recall about $35. A 10 quart model (a bit large) is currently available for about $80.
Kuhn Rikon, without a doubt. I own two different sizes, and two others that are not Kuhn Rikon and are meant for camping.
I hate to think what size financial hole purchasing some of their gear will leave in my little economic empire but whoa mumma they have some seriously cool stuff. Thanks muchly for the lead.
