Cooking in Ten Minutes

"Cooking in Ten Minutes" is a superb, if dated, little book written in the late fifties by the Frenchman Edouard de Pomaine who lectured at the Institute Pasteur in Paris. It is still in print (Serif, London) and is of particular interest to yachties. All the meals (3 Courses) can be prepared in 10 minutes using only 2 burners. There are classical French recipies reduced to the bare essentials - you can adapt his extensive use of butter and cream to olive oil and yogurt if you are healthy eaters. I have used it for years and recommend it.
