More Food Sources

I love Penzey Spices Penzeys Spices Home Page
They have stores around the country and internet purchasing. I found their bouillons terrific and unnecessary to refrigerate. Great assortment of herbs and spices.
I also order from Dr Ben Kim www.drbenkim.com- I like his Turkish Mulberries - a superfood sweet snack that are also a treat in morning oatmeal. Pricey, but worth it. They go a long way. He usually has a sale twice a year.

Seeking quality source for dry mushrooms & bulk grains ie quinoa, barley, brown rice

Seeking quality source for dry mushrooms & bulk grains ie quinoa, barley, brown rice. Anyone have any good sources for these items ?
I'm looking for either mail order or local. I'm in Annapolis. I'm willing to go to Baltimore.
Also, anyone here, from Annapolis interested in going in to bulk purchases.
I have to have all buys finished by October 17.

Great.. now on to find a reasonable $$$ source, I'm particularly looking for shitake and portabello. Did you know shitake is great brain food ???? besides being yummy in anything savory ! Especially, those savory souffles. yummmm.... we have to do some onboard experimenting ... perhaps.. chees and mushroom souffles... ! maybe minis...

Try contacting the Chefs Warehouse, they may be able to get you what you want if your going to buy bulk? I Know the items your interested in are not "available" online, but I know they carry them, or at least used to. Also, if you have a vehicle, Jessup is not to far and most all the big purveyors are there, US Foods, Sysco, etc. and they have cash & carry retail stores. In Glen Burnie there is H&M Wagner & Sons.
