Vacuum Bags

Did any one try and succeed in preserving food (cold cuts, cooked meals, soups, fozen meats) by storing thme in those vacummed bags that you can vacuum yourself with one of those home vacuum machines?

Any tips on storing tasty things for longer (up to 3 weeks) journey would be appreciated.

We have stored cold cuts in a vaccuum bagger for two weeks under decent refrigeration. I am confident they would have gone at least one more week and probably two. You should experiment.

yea, the vacuum bags would be good for hiding drugs, especially if they used dogs dogs to sniff around.

what kinda dome ass would be looking for a way to hide drugs. GET A REAL LIFE!!!!!!
