Beth Leonard''s book has a good section w/list on this (Voyager''s Handbook).

Another helpful list for provisioning is on
a link "Information Tables" at the bottom of the home page at www.digiboat.com.au. (also supply free navigation software for c-map charts - if you''re into that level of boat-tech)
The relevent table is "Optimum Food Storage Temps", we have a printed and lanminated version taped under our ice-box lid for constant reference.
