Convert Tiller to Wheel S2 8.0A

I have an S2 8.0A with tiller steering. The tiller is, I feel, too long and in the way. When installing a new tiller I reduced the length by about 4" but it really gets in the way; a total 'knee wrecker'. I have seen other 8.0s with a wheel. Does anybody have any info on what kind of wheel S2 used? What it may take to convert? Heck, does anybody have one they want to get rid of?

Any information or pictures would be apprciated.

Thanks!

I own a 1979 S2 8.0B with wheel steering. I'm pretty sure they never came from the factory that way, at least I know mine did not. They were after-market add ons. My boat already had it installed when I bought it and I don't really know how long ago it was installed. It was made by a company called Edison I think. I like it but it can be a pain to get around when you are going from the cockpit to the companion way.

It may have been Edson and not Edison as I previously posted, sorry if this caused any confusion.
