S2 11, aft vs. center cockpit?

What are the pros and cons of the 11 CC vs. an aft cockpit model for coastal and offshore (e.g. Bahamas, Caribbean, but not ocean) sailing? How much different are these models in sailing, handling, sea kindlyness, robustness etc?

We own an 11.0 aft cockpit and have cruised her extensively. Check out our website koplinsailing.com
I believe the rig and hull are identical but the layout is the obvious difference. The 11.0 A has lots of good interior storage, much of which is lost in the cc model. The 11.0 A has minimal on deck locker space which would also be lost on the cc model. The cc model has the advantage of the aft cabin but all interior spaces are smaller as a result. I also believe the aft cockpit model performs better upwind due to the increased windage of the CC model. Can you tell I have a bias?
