Considering a 9.2c for my first Sailboat

I've been on boats my whole life, but never sailed until very recently. My sailing is limited to ASA 101. I'm looking to use this boat to learn in and possibly live aboard soon. Thoughts? Any unique concerns with this boat?

I own a 9.1 and would consider the build quality to be good and SIMPLE. Access to all areas in case of a repair is important, and simplicity to construction is also important for an older boat, and your learning curve in ownership.

s2 9.2c

late to reply just joined.I ahve an s2 9.2c,really like it.would have the decks checked for moisture since it is balsa cored.on mine someone has lined all of the through deck screwhole with epoxy, would reccommend that.otherwise no problems with the boat.would also reccommend three bladed prop.I have a volvo 18hp motor.
