need S2 27 Rudder info

I lost the rudder on my S2-27 yesterday and I'm looking for the specs to get a new one made. The company has no info on it so if anyone could get me some measurements I'd be grateful. If anyone has any advice on who to contact to get a rudder fabricated or the location of a used one, it would be helpful. I'm in Michigan. Thanks.
