Are there any of you still around?

If so, I have a few questions. Like, what's up with the topping lift? Are they all connected to the back stay or is it just that way while docked?

Anyways, I just bought her and I'm trying to figure out as much as I cn before next weekdend.

Well, with zero responses, I got the topping lift problem settled. How about the outboard bracket, can anyone tell me how to get that thing to rise? I need to take the outboard off for maintenance. I am guessing that there is a lock on it but or the life of me I can't find it. Help please.
