Thumbs down Outboard Motor Mount

I have a Sabre 362 and I want to add a stern rail motor mount for a 4 cycle (heavy) outboard. I had the motor on a Sabre 34 with a Forespar Lifting hoist, and this worked great. With the dinghy in the water, my wife and I could lower the motor using the winch for the genoa.
I now find out that there is a "cargo" lift and a motor "lift". Also I am not sure how the swim platform of the 362 enters into the equation. If anyone has added a motor mount and lift, I would appreciate any helpful hints.

Thank you
