My wife and I are looking at used 362s and 402s, mid 90's. Some seem to have some serious gelcoat issues and others do not. Is there a known period where the gelcoat manufacturer was changed?
Folks that know Sabres well may know there was a date specific issue here. However, I've know other manufacturers to have two hulls, made at nearly the same time, where one had gelcoat cracking and the other did not. It might entirely depend on the individual that did the layup.
Thanks guys. I've not been able to identify a start/stop year. That does support the case made by Minnewaska.
