Headliner on S38 MK II

I'm considering replacing some deck hardware (bigger organizer, ganged clutches). Does anybody have any experience dropping the headliner to get at what's above it? I can start pulling screws from trim pieces, but would really like to know what I'm getting myself into.
Thanks,
Jim
