Question Sabre 34 Cored Hull ?

I have an offer in on a 1981 Sabre 34 Hull #138 Can anyone tell me if it's a solid lay up or balsa cored Hull?
Thanks, I look forward to any pointers as the survey is this week!

Solid hull...balsa cored decks should be checked carefully.

Thanks, If you have anything in particular you think is a common problem to look for I'd appreciate any information available. I've been told the quality of a Sabre is what allows them to hold value and I like the layout both above and below decks, but I don't want my fondness for the boat to cloud my judgement... it's probably going to be my last boat and I'm willing to spend money on it to get it in shape but I don't want to invest in something not worth the investment.

As noted, hull is a solid layup. Check the foredeck, particularly around cleats and chain locker. Look inside chain locker at bulkhead to ensure no rot. A bit of sotness on the foredeck was the only problem noted in my 82 MkI (#161). Enjoy
