What size if the Genoa? Also, what conditon is it in?

The Genoa is made by Maine Sailing Partners and was used for 3 yrs. (summer only). It is a 135%, The dimensions for the Sabre 34 are I=43.6, J=14, P=38.1, E=10.8. Hope this helps. The sail cost me $380, I will sell it for $175 plus shipping or you pickup. Thanks
