Anyone have an old GSI CNG Gas Stove manual?

I have researched high and low for a 1985 Sabre 36 Gas Systems Inc (GSI) Stove manual for CNG to no avail. I am hoping someone on sailnet may have one, or access to a place to get one, so I can cook confidently. Thanks in advance for trying.

Also need a GSI stove manual...

...coincidentally enough, I am buying a Catalina 34 this week that has a CNG tank and GSI 2-burner CNG stove/oven. If anyone knows where I might find that manual, please point me to it as well. Also need to replace the low-pressure supply hose that goes from the regulator to the stove - about 6'. Any pointers to an inexpensive CNG hose source woul dbe appreciated as well.

Smile gas systems inc stove/oven

We have a gsi range in our 88 Sabre 30. In our search for spare parts, we found out that GSI put their name on many different manufacturer's stoves over the years before they went out of business. Todd and Mike at Sure Marine have been very helpful. They might be able to help you out. Try Sure Marine

We searched for the GSI stove manual last year when we bought our Sabre and couldn't find it. Like I said in my previous post, we just happened to find Sure Marine and they were helpful. My wife started going through all the boat paperwork again after this topic was posted and low and behold, the stove manual was filed in the Westerbeke manual!

So, I do have a manual; it's for a 2 burner range gimbaled model GS-2331. It lists Corp Brothers, Inc in Providence as a GSI authorized dealer. I can't post any pictures of the stove, because I am recovering from surgery and probably won't make it down to the boatyard for another week.

Let me know if this new info helps out, I could fax you a copy of the manual if you would like. I probably would have found my misplaced manual at some point, but thanks to your post, it helped me find it sooner!

I too am a fairly new Sabre owner ('79 34-I, #063) with CNG and would love to find a lead on a manual for the stove. A scanned copy would be great -- it can then be shared with the world!

Could either of you help me out?

Thanks

Harry

I'd be happy to help out, Harry. I'm heading down to the boat this morning and won't be back in town until monday night. I'll give you a holler when I get back.

I also have a CNG stove on my Sabre, though I can't recall the make. I believe I have the manual, though it's on the boat at the moment.

I am heading out to her this afternoon, and will check.

If I have it, I can scan it.

It's not whether you're paranoid...it's whether you're paranoid enough.

Ok, found the manual. It is for the CSI Gas Systems SAFGAS CNG stove. I'll scan it tomorrow and post a link.
