Schock 34PC

Anyone have experience with a Schock 34PC. Looking to acquire one in San Diego. Concerned about workmanship, singlehanded sailing, hull blistering, performance, inherent issues. Appreciate any input

Re: Schock 34PC

I can't say I have ever seen one of those, but it looks like a nice boat for the money! My experience with Schock boats is that they are very well built, and even over-built. We have had no problems whatsoever with hull blistering or any other lay-up issues. From a performance perspective, the 34pc was designed by Nelson Marek, who is certainly a well respected performance yacht designer. The base PHRF handicap is 117, which is quite respectable. You could expect performance similar to a C&C 35-3 or much larger boats like the Cal 40.
