I'm not quite sure what the purpose of this new forum is considering the topic???

HOWEVER, I think it would be better to leave the title heading as the suggested "Sailboat" rather than "Sailnet" Design and Construction. Or something along those lines, but as it stands the current title may lead to confusion about the intended topic of this forum.
