So withdrawn from the market for another season, I'm working on my 22 footer for cosmetics...
I have this long portholes along the sides(see pics) and I'd like to renew those with new lexans and some framing... I talked to my friend(a carpenter) he said he can build me frames out of wood... Do you have any ideas what else I can use for those?
Long story short, I broke the front
hatch by stepping on it... It has a molded bedding and the
hatch itself is plexiglas bent on the edges to sit on beddings... I designed a
hatch to build instead but do you have any ideas on that? (The
hatch is 21"x31", so no mass production would work...)
I'm thinking installing wood plank headlining around v-berth area... Do you think that would add too much weight or not?
And any ideas for companionway slider rail replacements?
