jeff so you got me on a technicallity with the full keel comment, although I would say my meridian has a full keel with a cut-away forefoot because by no means is it a fin...

how is that rudder exposed to damage in a grounding?

anyway sailing produces dramatic differences of opinion and really thats all they are. granted modern designs point higher and move faster in ever lighter air, but how might it feel at sea in large swells, or does it sheer about at anchor

anyway I'm just trying to say don't feel you bought the wrong boat until you have personal experiance that says so
