Masthead and fractional rigs

Can someone explain the difference between fraction and masthead rigs. Is the mast placed in a different location? If you have a fractional is the main larger?

Okay, sorry again, but I can't make this link work. What you can do is go to the search function, choose advanced search, then search "Fractional Rig" but choose "search titles only" and it should be the first thread that pops up.
