Can Anybody Identify This Boat???

So my lady loves the new 90210 tv show, and there's this character that's supposedly been building a boat all season. In the the finale, they finally showed it completed and sailing, and I freakin fell in love! Here's a link to a youtube clip of the scene where they show it:

YouTube - 90210 2X22 FiNaLe "LiaM & aNNie oN HiS BoaT ToGeTHeR"

Can anybody tell me anything about it?

My first thought was that it looks like a Stone Horse, but there is no cutaway in the sheer transition from house to cockpit.

In my search for info on it, I stumbled onto an interview from one of the cast members that said it was 30' or so, but that was all that was mentioned....

blt2ski will become famous soon enough
I tried looking at the woodenboat store/plan site, nothing. THey have a forum there too, someone there might have an answer vs here! Looks to be an early 1900's style design.

Tried looking at some other plan places, but to no avail on anything that looked like it.
