Yes it does, bought one new in 77. Very sturdy little boat, get the taller mast version if you can.

How do I know which is the taller mast? Mine is a 74.

Most of them had the standard mast but the later ones had a taller one, about 18 inches more. I think that was available as an option. If you have a lot of light air sailing I think it was worth while but going to be hard to distinguish. Mine was the standard rig and the "P" measurement (luff of the main) was 22' 4". The tall rig would be about 18 inches more.
