While the lines of this 90' yawl are attractive, and for interior spaces i generally tend to be 'function over form' i must say this is a pretty delicious layout.

Yes, but you could buy a great boat for what he spends on upkeep, not to mention moorage. I have always liked Vortex, lower right. A wooden version of the Swede by Knud Reimers.
